Last night Gabriella wanted to bake a birthday cake for Maverick from scratch so I found a simple recipe that didn't have too many steps or ingredients. Gabriella stirred, she measured, she poured, and then she stirred some more while I watched from the sidelines with a bag of ice on my shoulder.
